Only Six States Approve Of Bush

Georgie's approval rating has been dismal for a while now. The latest Survey USA poll says that only 39% of Americans approve of the job Georgie is doing. When we do a state-by-state breakdown of His approval ratings, we find that only six states show an approval rating higher than the disapproval rating. One state, Alaska, had a tie in the approval/disapproval ratings with both coming in at 48%. Here are the six states that still approve of Georgie's performance, with the approval/disapproval ratings:

STATE.................. APPROVE........DISAPPROVE

Utah...........................59%......................38%
Idaho..........................57%.....................41%
Wyoming....................53%.....................44%
Nebraska....................51%......................47%
Texas..........................50%......................47%
Mississippi.................49%......................48%

The following eight states have the lowest approval of Georgie:

Vermont......................27%......................71%
California....................30%......................67%
Illinois.........................31%......................65%
Maine...........................32%......................67%
Massachusetts.............32%......................66%
New York.....................32%.......................66%
Connecticut.................32%.......................65%
New Jersey...................32%.......................64%

United States...............39%.......................59%

America has finally figured out how incompetent the current administration and their Republican cohorts really are [the numbers are even worse for Congress]. I hope people are not too frustrated to go to the polls on November 7th. I believe the larger the turnout on November 7th, the larger the Democratic victory will be. Let's hope it's a huge turnout!
