Sex Toys Disappear From Houston P.D.

Back when it was illegal to sell sex toys in many parts of Texas, the Houston Police Department arrested a sex toy retailer and confiscated 564 of the risque toys. But the matter was taken to a federal appeals court. The court ruled that it was not illegal to sell sex toys.

This is where the story gets interesting. Since the toys were legal, the retailer wanted them back. His attorney goes to the Houston Police and asks for the toys back. When the Houston P.D. property room looked for the toys, they couldn't find them. They are missing.

The police are now saying that the toys were destroyed. However, the attorney's not buying that story. Why would they have been destroyed before the legal matters had been completed?

It looks like Houston may have one of the most sexually adventurous police departments in the country.
