But lest you think that conservatives and evangelicals have the market cornered on idiocy about the earthquake in Haiti, get a load of what Danny Glover had to say:
“When we see what we did at the climate summit in Copenhagen, this is the response, this is what happens, you know what I’m sayin’?”
I'm sure you can find a better opposite for Pat Robertson than Danny Glover. A crazy actor vs. the person that founded and runs the christian broadcasting network?
They aren't in the same league. Don't get me wrong, Lethal Weapon was pretty great, but few people hang on his every word.
I agree with your last statement however, tectonic plates.

So Robertson blames it on the Devil, and Glover blames it on Gaia (indirectly). My money's on the inevitable movement of tectonic plates.
