Health Care Spending

The Republicans don't see anything wrong with the United States spending far more for health care and receiving less (except for the rich who get whatever they want). Why is that? All of the countries in the chart above spend less on health care (in real dollars and as a percentage of GDP) and yet they are able to provide heath care for ALL of their citizens. There is no rational or moral reason for the United States' failure to do the same.
