In spite of the fact that they have been unable to uncover any instances of large-scale voter fraud (or small-scale fraud either), the Republicans have been
passing Voter ID laws at every opportunity. The truth is that the Republicans can see the changing population demographics, and they are trying to get out in front of it by suppressing the votes of people most likely to vote Democratic.
