I suspect your point is that lower taxes do not create jobs as Republicans claim; a point with which I certainly agree. The graphic rather unfortunately implies that higher taxes create jobs; a claim with which I would not agree, since I strongly suspect that between 35% and 39.6% taxes are irrelevant to job creation. Which, I suspect, is actually your desired point.
