Redistribution Of Income (GOP Style)

The Republicans have made "income redistribution" a dirty word in this country. They want people to believe that is something that is only done by socialists, and it is always a bad thing. Those are lies.

Income is always being redistributed in a free enterprise economy (just as it is in all economic systems and all countries). The GOP wants to fix the rules so that the redistribution is upward to benefit only the rich. The Democrats want to make that redistribution fairer and benefit everyone. I think the latter view makes more sense. What about you?
