One of the more interesting senate races in the country has been the one in Massachusetts. It pits Democrat Elizabeth Warren (a real progressive) against incumbent Republican Scott Brown. Brown is a teabagger, but has tried to move closer to the middle in this election to hang on to his seat. That doesn't seem to be working though.
A new Public Policy Polling survey shows Warren may well be extending her lead. She now leads by 9 point (53% to 44%). She is leading among both women (55% to 40%) and men (50% to 48%), and in all age groups. This is bad news for Republicans, who must keep this senate seat to have any chance of taking control of the U.S. Senate.
