It's Not Your Place To Judge

Personally, I've never thought it was any of my business to worry about who other people choose to love, and I don't believe it's any of your business either -- even if you're a fundamentalist who wants to use your religion to judge others. And by the way, doesn't that same religion say you are not to judge others? Why should you care about the love expressed by others? It doesn't affect you or your marriage in any way -- and if you think it does, I would love for you to explain how to me.

  1. Actually that religion, they claim, does tell them to judge others - in the Old Testament. Oddly, the Old Testament does not mention the person after whom their religion is named, only the New Testament does that, but they still use mostly rules for condemning others that come from the Old and ignore teachings of tolerance and love by the person for whom their religion is named which are contained in the New.

Then they call themselves "Old Testament Christians," which is profoundly odd, since the story of the founder of Christianity is contained entirely in the New Testament.

Christians tend to be very confused people.
