Just another chart to illustrate the hypocrisy of Republicans in Congress. When a Republican is in the White House they spend like a crazed shopaholic at a Black Friday sale. But when a Democrat sits in the White House, especially if that Democrat happens to be African-American, they can't seem to find the money to pay for anything (unless it's a new and expensive toy for the military, or a special giveaway for the rich). It's time they learned that government spending should help hurting Americans. It's not their own personal piggy bank.
