    Thank you, Ted, that's just up the road from me. As we say locally, typical 'Oirish' builders they never finish anything!

    Anyway, in view of the fact that you put up with me so patiently, it provides me with the chance to wish you and yours a super Christmas and best wishes for 2014.

      I don't "put up with you". Unlike most right-wingers, you usually try to make a cogent argument -- and we don't have to agree to respect each other. May you and your family have a very happy and safe holiday season, and a great new year.
