Kittel Gets His Second 2014 Tour Win In Stage 3


Stage 3 of this year's Tour de France was expected to be a day for the sprinters, and that's just what it was. The 155 kilometer course from Cambridge to London was hilly, but had no really difficult climbs. And while there was an early breakaway by two riders, the peloton easily reeled them in with a few kilometers left -- and that allowed German rider Marcel Kittel to sprint his way to his second stage win. Slovakian Peter Sagan finished in second, and Australian Mark Renshaw was third. This was the Tours last day in England, and stage 4 will be run in France. Here are the current leaders:
