One argument I heard (ya it is stupid) is that with everyone under the same pay system, then seriously sick will have to wait in line for people who do not really need it. And as the English system shows this is BS. The rich will always be able to do just as they have been doing. and health clinics have a screen process that make colds/scraps/etc wait while serious injury moves ahead. And those that have the money can go to private clinics.

We deserve a single payer system.
