Pot Is More Popular Than Politicians In 3 Swing States

The chart above is from a recent poll in three key swing states (Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida) done by Quinnipiac University. It seems that marijuana is more popular than the presidential candidates of both political parties in those states. The numbers for the candidates are their favorability numbers, and for marijuana it is the number that want it legalized. Notice that while Hillary Clinton is the most popular presidential politician in all three states, her numbers are less than the number who want to legalize marijuana (both medical marijuana, and for recreational use). It either shows the unpopularity of the politicians, or the changing attitudes toward marijuana -- probably both.

  1. The whole War on Drugs is nothing more then a war on poor minorities. The danger of drugs, addition, and everything else is an invented myth by a raging bigot and carried on by people become rich and powerful thru the 'war'.
MAKE ALL drugs legal and under proper controls, and fix the economy and people will reduce the use of drugs.
