I posted a picture of a topless young woman with band-aids over her nipples, with "Still Not Asking for It" over her torso. So I take it that is more or less legal in New York? I had hoped she wasn't later arrested.

Guns with breasts! The religious right would bust a gut getting them off the streets!! Breasts terrify them!!!
