Wow. I had never seen the original. I was recently in an ongoing argument with a commenter on my site who would definitely claim that there is nothing at all racist about that original image. It would be my racism in assuming that the ghetto family is meant to be black. In our society, there is nothing more racist than pretending that that you don't see color -- it's just an excuse for ignoring the results of racism.
When I first saw the original on Facebook, I got so angry that I unfriended the person who posted it. I'm tired of poor people and minorities being dumped on by idiots. So, when I saw this answer, I had to steal it.
ANONYMOUS COMMENTS WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. And neither will racist,homophobic, or misogynistic comments. I do not mind if you disagree, but make your case in a decent manner.
