America spends just under what every other country on earth combined spends. We consistently spend 48% of what the whole world spends on the military. Yet as a nation, we are still terrified. We are cowards. And bullies.

ReplyDeleteI agree -- but this is not a self-defense budget. It's to sustain an empire (thus over 800 military bases around the world).
