Most Voters Are Paying Attention To The Debates

I found this interesting. It seems that voters of all ages are much more interested in the debates this year than they were back in 2007 (the last presidential election without an incumbent running for re-election). The difference is marked, and it extends through all age groups. This is a good thing, because it could likely mean there will be a large turnout for the 2016 election.

The chart was made from information in a survey by the Pew Research Center. The survey was done between December 8th and 13th of a random national sample of 1,500 adults, with a margin of error of 2.9 points.
