The Public's View Of Trump Is Not Improving
I think many right-wingers hoped that once Trump became president, and started doing a good job, then the public's opinion of him would improve. That hasn't happened. The public's view of him is not improving.
More people disapprove of the job he is doing than approve of it, more think he is not honest and trustworthy than think he is, more think he doesn't care about average Americans (people like them) than think he does, and more think he is not level-headed than think he is. That's what respondents of two new polls say.
The Quinnipiac University Poll was done between February 2nd and 6th of a random national sample of 1,155 voters, with a margin of error of 2.9 points.
The Economist / YouGov Poll was done between February 5th and 7th of a random national sample of 1,500 adults (including 1,310 registered voters), with a margin of error of 3.2 points.
