Donald Trump said he would be a "uniter" if elected to be president. The American public doesn't agree. They see Trump as a divider, who has made race relations worse in the country. That was the opinion of a 46% plurality back in November of 2016. That has grown, and is now the opinion of a significant majority of 60% of the public.
This chart reflects the results of a recent survey by the Pew Research Center. It was done between November 29th and December 4th of a random national sample of 1,503 adults, with a margin of error of 2.9 points.
