The Public Policy Polling survey done of 862 registered voters (moe 3.3 points) on December 11th and 12th asked a couple of humorous questions in light of the holiday. They asked if Trump was more or less mean than two of the notorious villains of Christmas -- Ebenezer Scrooge and the Grinch. Trump was tabbed as significantly meaner than either -- 10 points meaner than Scrooge and 8 points meaner than the Grinch.
While humorous, it also shows what a low opinion the public has of Donald Trump. I doubt that any other president (of either party) would have been viewed as meaner than Scrooge and the Grinch.
