Like other polls, this Rasmussen Poll shows the Democrats have an 8 point edge on the generic congressional ballot. There's still plenty of time for that to change, but this is significant -- coming from a poll that is normally kind to Republicans. It was done on January 24th and 25th of a random national sample of 1,000 likely voters, with a 3 point margin of error.
