There are people in this country who are bending over backwards to defend Donald Trump. They call themselves "family values" voters -- the defenders of morality in the United States. But they defend a person who is the very opposite of that.
Can you be a good person and still defend a bad person? I don't think you can. Defending a bad person defines the kind of person you really are.
