Trump Is Still Not Respected By The American Public

These charts reflect the results of a new Gallup Poll -- done between June 1st and 13th of a national sample of 1,520 adults, with a 3 point margin of error.

These are some pretty bad numbers for Trump. The public thinks he's not honest and trustworthy by a 25 point margin, doesn't care about the needs of people like them by a 13 point margin, and can't manage the government effectively by a 16 point margin. Shortly after he took office, people thought he was a strong and decisive leader by a 19 point margin -- but that is disappearing. Currently the public is split right down the middle on that.

Id you were a Republican candidate in a competitive district, would you want Trump coming to your district to campaign for you? With numbers like that, I think I'd want him to stay as far away as possible.
