GOP Still Has A Serious Problem With Women Voters
These charts reflect the results of the newest Quinnipiac University Poll -- done between September 27th and 30th of a national sample of 1,111 voters, with a margin of error of 3.7 points.
It shows the voters prefer Democrats in the House and the Senate by a 7 point margin. That margin is because women are opposing Republicans by huge margins. Men support Republicans by 5 points (House election) and 8 points (Senate election). That is dwarfed by women's views. They support Democrats in House by 18 points and in the Senate by 20 points.
And Trump is not helping GOP candidates bridge this gap. While men support Trump by 4 points, women disapprove of him by a whopping 25 points.
This is still shaping up to be an election decided by women voters.
