Senator Collin's Job Approval Has Dropped Sharply In Maine

These charts reflect the results of a Critical Insights Poll -- done in March and April of 2019 of a sample of 612 registered voters in Maine, and has a margin of error of 3.9 points.

Senator Susan Collins has been very popular with voters in Maine, but that may be changing. For the first time in the last seven years, her job approval is negative (41% approve to 42% disapprove). That is within the poll's margin of error, but it does show that she may not have as easy a time getting re-elected in 2020 as she has in the past. She needs to get this fixed in the next year, or Maine could have a Democratic senator.
