Biden And Warren Are Still Leading Among National Voters

These charts reflect the results of the latest Economist / YouGov Poll. They questioned 587 Democrats and Democratic-leaning Independents between November 17th and 19th. (no moe given)

The grey bar shows the candidates that are being considered by those voters (and voters could choose more than one candidate). The black bars show the current first choice of the voters (and only one could be chosen).

Only two candidates are being considered by a majority of these voters -- Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren are both being considered by 54%. Pete Buttigieg and Bernie Sanders are both being considered by 36% of voters.

The leading first choice candidates are Biden (30%), Warren (22%), Sanders (12%), and Buttigieg (9%). Last week, Warren was leading -- and for the last four weeks Biden and Warren have been switching the lead (probably due to a different sample each week).

As the chart below shows, the overwhelming majority of voters (82%) are satisfied with the current candidates. That doesn't bode well for the late entries -- Deval Patrick and Michael Bloomberg.
