The chart above is from a SurveyMonkey and Washington Post / Ipsos poll numbers. Residents of all fifty states were questioned on how their governor and Donald Trump were handling the Coronavirus crisis. Trump had only a 43% approval rating. Every governor except one (Kemp of Georgia) had a higher approval rating.
