The chart above is from the new ABC News / Ipsos Poll -- done on October 2nd and 3rd of a national sample of 506 adults, with a 5 point margin of error.
Americans are split on whether Trump can continue to handle his duties after contracting COVID-19, with 50% saying NO and 50% saying YES.
And 72% of the public says Trump did not take the risk of contracting the virus seriously enough, and did not take the proper precautions.
