Donald Trump said he would reduce prices, but his tariffs are going to raise prices. He said Musk would eliminate waste and fraud from the government, but Musk erratic cuts are not eliminating waste - they are damaging agencies critical to delivering services. And the Republican Congress is poised to drastically cut programs needed by American citizens - especially Medicaid.
The strange part is that the damage they are doing is likely to affect red counties more than blue ones - the same counties that gave Trump his extremely narrow election victory.
