The Trump Administration Has Been An Abject Failure For The American People

To hear Donald Trump talk, he is having a huge success in his second term. It's nothing but a pack of lies. The truth is that his second administration has been an even worse failure than his first.

He promised to reduce prices. But inflation is growing worse, and is now topping 3%. On some things, it's far worse. In just the last month, the price of vegetables jumped over 39%! And his ridiculous tariffs will soon raise prices even further (costing each family about an additional $2000 a year).

He said he would have new trade agreements with nearly every nation in the world. But so far, in spite of his announcements, not a single trade agreement has been completed and signed with any country.

He said he would quickly end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. But in just the last few days, he failed again to get Russia to agree to a ceasefire (or even sit down with Ukraine to discuss it). And the genocide in Gaza continues with his blessing.

Some think his "Big Beautiful Bill" was a success, but it wasn't. While it was good for his rich friends, it will be disastrous for most Americans. About 17 million will lose their health insurance, more rural hospitals will close, and millions more will lose access to critically needed SNAP food benefits. And the little that the middle class saved on income taxes will be more than eaten up by his tariff taxes (which are paid by American consumers).

Even though the unemployment rate remains fairly low, new job creation for the last three months is extremely low, creating fears by economists that we may be heading for a recession.

By almost any measure, this administration has been a disastrous failure for the American people.

He has been successful in one thing though (although it is not something that helps anyone but him). He has been very successful in using his office to make himself much richer. He has successfully made himself the most corrupt president in United States history!
