The Trump Lie That No One Believes (Not Even Those In His MAGA Cult)

Donald Trump is a liar. That is just a fact. The Washington Post verified over 30,000 lies Trump told during his first term as president, and he has not slowed down during his second term. He continues to lie to the American people on a daily basis.

But that is Ok with his die-hard MAGA followers. They either don't care that he's lying or they like it because he's saying things they fervently wish were true. But he may have gone too far even for them with his latest lie.

When asked by reporters about his not releasing the full and unreacted Epstein files, Trump told them the Epstein matter was just a Democratic hoax!

That was an amazing answer. The Epstein matter is not a hoax - it is a fact. Two people (Epstein and Maxwell) were convicted of sex trafficking (including trafficking underage girls). One either committed suicide or was murdered, and the other remains in a federal prison. And many women have testified to being trafficked for sexual purposes. Those are not stories made up by Democrats (or anyone else). They are facts.

While Democrats are demanding the full release of the Epstein files, they are not the only ones. In fact, it is Trump's own MAGA cult that have most adamantly demanded the release of those files. They know it is not a hoax, and they want the complete truth contained in those files to be made public.

During his last presidential campaign, Trump (and his aides) promised the files would be released. But now that they are in possession of the files, they have changed their tune. They now claim there is no list, and they can't release the full and unreacted files (probably because Trump's name all over those files).

Why won't he release the files? Does it contain too much embarrassing information about him? 

Calling it a hoax is not going to work. His own followers are demanding to know the truth. That's just another Trump lie - and this is one that no one believes!
