Recovery Benefits Only The Richest 1%

The economic pundits are bragging about the "recovery" this country is experiencing, but as the chart above shows (from Under The Mountain Bunker) that recovery is helping only a tiny percentage of the American population -- the richest 1%. My question is this -- Can we really call it a "recovery" if it is helping only 1% of the population? I think the answer is obvious. There is no recovery as long as 99% of the population is still experiencing a recession.
