I'm not very tech savvy. If the "join this site" button under Followers doesn't work for you, then do what I do below (since I notice you are also on Blogger).
When I want to follow a blog, I just copy the URL and add it to the "Reading List" section on the Blogger Dashboard.
ANONYMOUS COMMENTS WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED. And neither will racist,homophobic, or misogynistic comments. I do not mind if you disagree, but make your case in a decent manner.

You may be able to click the link a little farther down the page [Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom)] and get it to set this blog up in your reader.
