GOP Still Disliked More Than Dems

At the start of 2011, the Democrats had a higher unfavorability rating than the Republicans did. That has now switched. The public disapproval of Republicans has grown, while the disapproval of the Democrats has remained pretty much the same. Now, although the public is not thrilled with either party, they dislike the Republicans more (and it has been that way for a while now).

These charts were made from a Gallup Poll done between December 5th and 8th of 1,031 nationwide adults (with a margin of error of 4 points).
