You forgot to put "You bet they are!!!" at the end. You know why the economy was so good back at the high taxes time??? Because the only way they could lower their taxes was to donate to charities, and build bigger businesses and higher more people this was called reinvesting and lowered the taxes. And the rest of us all benefited as well. And now they are getting richer with slave labor in other countries and we are loosing jobs and income.
