Congress Still Has An Exceptionally Low Job Approval
The congressional Republicans may have hoped that, with the election of a Republican president, the Congress they control would see more public approval of the job they are doing. The chart above reflects information in a new Economist / YouGov Poll -- done between January 23rd and 25th of a random national sample of 2,692 adults (including 2,312 registered voters), with a margin of error of 2.3 points.
