We are only a couple of years away from a new census, and the changes that will bring. The bottom chart shows what happened after the 2010 census, and the top chart shows what is projected to happen after the 2020 census. The biggest winners according to this projection will be Texas (which will gain 2 or 3 congressional seats) and Florida (which will gain 2 seats).
