The chart above is from the recent NBC News / Wall Street Journal Poll -- done between July 7th and 9th of 800 registered voters nationwide, with a 3.5 point margin of error.
It shows the voters are still in a mood to elect a new president. Of the four leading Democrats, Biden has a 9 point advantage, Sanders has a 7 point advantage, and Warren has a 5 point advantage -- all exceeding the poll's margin of error.
Harris has a 1 point advantage, but that's within the margin of error.
