The word is that Donald Trump is thinking about issuing pre-emptive pardons for his family. But most voters don't like the idea. They think it would be inappropriate. Only Republicans like the idea. The general public (including Democrats and Independents) don't.
The chart is from a recent Politico / Morning Consult Poll -- done between December 4th and 6th of a national sample of 1,990 registered voters, with a 2 point margin of error.
