Giorgio DeBose, 18, was already on probation for assault. He was arrested for fighting at an Arlington playground last October, and was placed on a two year probation. The fight was videotaped and included on the "Agg-Townz Fights 2" video. Arlington police have arrested the producers of the video.
Now DeBose is in trouble again. Accompanied by his attorney, DeBose turned himself in at the Tarrant County Jail on friday, in response to the issuance of a warrant accusing him of murder. He is accused of killing 17 year old Terrance Chance after a minor vehicle accident.
Witnesses say Chance's car bumped the car that DeBose and several others were riding in. When DeBose and others exited their vehicle, Chance left the scene in his car. The two groups ran across each other again about 1:40am in east Fort Worth. This time, DeBose pulled a gun and fired five times into Chance's car. According to investigators, this was a confrontation between two gangs. The bond for DeBose has been set at $500,000.
