Many of you may be breathing a sigh of relief that the 2014 election is over -- and looking forward to a respite before the next election. But you may be surprised to find out that a lot of Americans disagree with you (and yes, I'll have to admit I'm one of them).
A YouGov Poll (done between November 3rd and 6th of 1,000 randomly chosen adults, with a margin of error of 4 points) found that a significant number of Americans are already looking forward to the 2016 presidential election. About 54% say they are looking forward to the next election, and about 41% say they are already paying close attention to coverage of 2016.
That's pretty amazing, considering we have yet to be a week past the last election.
