The ABC News / Washington Post Poll was done between November 16th and 19th of a random national sample of 434 Democrats and 423 Republicans. The margin of error for both parties is 5.5 points.
The Fox News Poll was done between November 16th and 19th of a random national sample of 366 Democrats and 434 Republicans. No margin of error was given for just Democrats or just Republicans. The margin of error for the entire sample was 3 points.
