The First 30 Days Of Delegate Selection For Democrats

The delegate selection process is becoming more "front-loaded" all the time -- with more states than ever wanting to hold their selection process early. In 2016, Democrats in 15 states and one territory will make their presidential preference known in just the first 30 days (Feb. 1st through March 1st).

Here are those holding their primaries/caucuses in the first 30 days (along with the number of delegates each one has). In Iowa and New Hampshire, the number of delegates for the candidates don't add up to the total those states have. That's because some "super delegates" are still uncommitted (and don't have to commit before the convention).
