This is what the GOP has accomplished since coming to power in the Reagan/Gingrich era. While keeping worker wages almost stagnant, they have vastly increased the wealth of the richest Americans. And they have made sure the rich don't have to pay any taxes on that new wealth. Is this really the kind of country we want? From the blog

Hey, man, I just read a letter to the editor of a paper today that said people like me should be very grateful that we live someplace where we can eat regularly, and not have to sleep outside, like people do in spots like Sudan, and like maybe about 62% of the world's surface population has to at times. I have to admit that this struck a small cord with me. But then, when I saw another article about what kind of salaries people are still pulling down on Wall Street ...
