I can't repeat this enough. Tax cuts do not produce jobs! They never have and they never will. There is only one thing that creates jobs -- an increase in the demand for goods and services. When a business person needs more workers to meet the demand for his/her goods/services, he/she will hire more workers. It would be stupid to hire more workers when you already have enough to meet current demand -- even if you get a tax cut.
