Let me give you a hint -- both of the presidents who did not lower the budget deficit have the initials "G" and "B". While Republicans like to accuse the Democrats of being big spenders, the opposite is true. Republicans spend like they were at an eternal Black Friday Sale -- they just don't put any of that huge spending toward helping any Americans (except for the rich).
