It Starts With One Person

  1. Surely it would depend if the person making the claim is correct or not.

For example, farriers, coach-builders, saddle-makers and such-like were wrong when they shouted "This is wrong" about motor cars!

Likewise, as is becoming increasingly obvious, were people who said carbon emissions were "wrong" because they caused global warming.

  2. Carbon emissions don't cause global warming? Are you serious? How can you believe such a thing?

  3. Perfectly simple:

"But one-third of all human emissions of CO2 have occurred since 1998. And temperatures haven’t budged as a result."

To be fair, the writer still reckons that global temp *will* increase this century but only by about 2C. And as I never cease to repeat, warming GOOD, freezing is BAD!

  4. Here's what NASA Has to say (same GISS info you are quoting --
NASA scientists say 2012 was the ninth warmest of any year since 1880, continuing a long-term trend of rising global temperatures. With the exception of 1988, the nine warmest years in the 132-year record all have occurred since 2000, with 2010 and 2005 ranking as the hottest years on record.
