The House budget plan (Ryan Plan) would provide the richest Americans with hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax cuts (even after closing some deduction loopholes). And it would do that by cutting government help and services for those who need it the most. This plan should remove any remaining doubt among thinking people that the Republicans are the party of and for the rich.
