The corporations, and their congressional lackeys in the Republican Party, want Americans to think that they are being taxed unfairly and too much. That is ridiculous. American corporations as a whole are paying less taxes as a percentage of GDP than at any time since World War II, and many corporations (thanks to subsidies and hiding money overseas) don't pay any taxes at all. The Republicans and the corporations are lying. Corporations and rich people aren't taxed unfairly -- the rest of America is.
